THE BROOKHAVEN RESIDENCE
Our client purchased this home with the intent of “making it her own” as she downsized from a much larger property. We modernized the floor plan and the overall flow of the house by creating a cased opening from the living room to the kitchen and dining area. The 1970s kitchen was completely updated to include a beautiful and spacious island and the old cabinets repurposed in her new laundry room / pantry area. New paint, carpet, lighting, and two bath updates completed this timeless renovation.
